ü Support beneficiaries to get a clear understanding of the TVET program and follow up their engagement of the training regularly.
ü Ensure the implementation of agreed plans at the field level to achieve quality results on time.
ü Mobilize communities (leaders, parents, etc.) and disseminate information about the project to promote community support.
ü Hold regular meetings with beneficiaries to familiarize them with the project and its objectives and engage them in the process.
ü Submit regular updates, reports and case studies on success stories and lessons learned
ü Collect data from the field in line with program indicators.
ü Ensure that success story will be in place
ü Support the team to organize livelihood survey for beneficiaries
ü Ensure that the programs are implemented in ways that are responsive to communities in line with COOPI’s principles, values and strategic plan.
