Under the hierarchical supervision of the manager of management and development, the HR headquarters will be responsible for the integral management of human resources in the headquarters.
Administrative management of all the staff of Headquarters: management of Hirings: High, low, paid permits, to ensure the fulfillment of the legislation in terms of LOPD and PRL, updating and communicating procedures as appropriate, in coordination with the External management to guarantee the elaboration of the payroll process, complete administration of the process of selection of Headquarters, in coordination with the selection department.
Ensure the organization and fulfillment of the reception process for new employees, coordinate the implementation and follow-up of the various HR projects established for Headquarters: Flexible remuneration, time management system, Employee Portal, Performance evaluations. To participate in the implementation of the talent project in headquarters, to ensure the updating, dissemination and correct application of all HR policies and procedures in the headquarters, reporting and monitoring of HR indicators through the scorecard.
